Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed based on manufacturer timelines. This can vary wildly. If you'd like a processing ETA for your specific order, feel free to use the chat bubble and we can check it upon request.

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for delivery.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O Boxes, military bases, and non-USA addresses

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

You are responsible for providing a correct address. We will attempt to accommodate address changes if we are notified prior to the device being shipped However, we are unable to change a address after the order ships.

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, reach out to support@previ.com and we will work with you to ensure you get what you paid for.
